Shipping Policy

At Recognition Clothing Brand, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, customs inspections, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to customers worldwide where shipping services are available.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in your order total.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your shipment may be delayed, returned, or incur additional shipping charges. Recognition Clothing Brand is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in working with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays can occasionally occur. Recognition Clothing Brand is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, or other events beyond our control.
